CXLIII.—Conductivity and ionisation of solutions of potassium iodide in nitromethane

Abstract: IN recent years, numerous investigations have been carried out bearing on the conductivity of non-aqueous solutions, Waldm in particular being responsible for the collection and correlation of data in this field. As is well known, he has succeeded in deducing various interesting relationships between conductivity and ionisation on the one hand, and the physical properties (notably viscosity and specific inductive capacity) of the solvent on the other.
