Binta and Cunningham 5 observed that an extract of Rhipicephalus appendiculatus (Neumann, 1901) larvae induced an immediate hypersensitivity reaction in sensitised cattle following intradermal inoculation. Generally, the extent of cutaneous reaction depends upon duration of exposure of the cattle to tick infestation.…”
