Cutaneous Multispectral Optical tomography With ImageJ

Abstract: ABSTRACT:The study of the optical properties of the skin has lead to the identification of the main chromophores such as hemoglobin and melanin. Melanin is a chromophore of the skin, whose accumulation in its different layers defines the types of melanocytic lesions (nevus).
