“…Unusual presentations have been reported around the world. Luna et al has reported in 2014 from Spain a case of cutaneous leishmaniasis which presented as pyogenic granuloma [13]. Study showed that biopsy of leishmanial skin lesion can reveal non specific finding of panniculitis.…”
