Cutaneous Horn of Knee: A Rare Case Report

Abstract: Cutaneous horns are uncommon lesions consist of cornified elements, occurs predominantly in sun-exposed areas mainly in old patients. A six year old girl presented with painless non-tender horn-like protrusion over right knee. The lesion was removed via surgical excision and sent for histopathological examination which confirmed the diagnosis of cutaneous horn.
