Customer Satisfaction Evaluation of Ceramic E-Commerce Platform

Abstract: Customer satisfaction is an important comprehensive index to evaluate e-commerce platform, and carrying on customer satisfaction evaluation is an important part of the evaluation to e-commerce platform.
