Рассказывается о результатах комплексной научной экспедиции Южного научного центра РАН по берегам Нижнего Дона и Цимлянского водохранилища в пределах Ростовской и Волгоградской областей, проведенной в сентябре 2022 г. при поддержке Русского географического общества. Целью экспедиции было изучение современного состояния донских береговых ландшафтов и прибрежной акватории.
