Current Problems in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Education System

Abstract: Öz. Çalışmada KKTC eğitim sistemi içerisinde yer alan ilkokul, genel ortaöğretim ve mesleki teknik eğitimde görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin KKTC eğitim sisteminin sorunlarına ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunda 10 okul yöneticisi ve 26 öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 36 kişi yer almaktadır.
