Abstract: Cycloaliphatic epoxy resins are known for their synthesis process that eliminates hydrolyzable chlorine, thus avoiding the hydrolysis of hydrolyzable chlorine to hydroxyl groups in conventional epoxies, which is very favorable for the preparation of low dielectric epoxy resins.
