“…Fragments with different charge and mass were unambiguously selected in two-dimensional plots dE/dx vs TOF. The set up has been described in more details in [3] and [4]. The proton momentum spectrum was obtained by beam line energy scan in steps of 50-100 MeV/c and protons were selected by above mentioned procedure.…”

“…Second, in inverse kinematics, there is no problems with the detection of fragments that are at rest in the projectile rest frame, because, in laboratory frame, they move at the projectile speed. Partially, the data of this experiment on the yields of cumulative protons were analyzed in [1][2][3] on the basis of the hypothesis that multiquark clusters exists in nuclei [4]. It was shown that this approach provides a reasonable description of proton momentum spectra in this problematic region.…”

“…The experiment FRAGM [6] was carried out at the heavy-ion complex ITEP TWA which includes an ion laser source, a linear accelerator, a booster ring and the 4 GeV/nucleon accelerator main ring. The fragments of the carbon nucleus produced at an internal thin Be target at 3.5 o were momentum analyzed by the two-step beam channel with intermediate and final focuses at 16 and 32 meters from the target.…”

“…Such states arise while considering the transition from hadron to quark-gluon degrees of freedom in nuclear matter at high densities [5]. We have performed the experiment FRAGM [6] at ITEP TWA (Tera Watt Accumulator) heavy ion accelerator complex with the main goal to take data at high momenta of nuclear fragments. The production of cumulative particles in hadronnucleus interactions was considered previously in [7] in the framework of the quark-gluon string model (QGSM).…”
