Cultural Transformation After Implementation of Crew Resource Management: Is It Really Possible?

Abstract: Crew resource management (CRM) has the potential to improve safety culture and reduce patient safety errors across different hospitals and inherent cultures, but hospital-wide implementations have not been studied.
