“…In alignment with the above, the theoretical developments of narrative approaches (Garrido, 2011;Newitt et al, 2019) and the construction of meanings, such as social constructionism (Gergen, 2016;Gergen et al, 2015) and some perspectives of cultural psychology (Valsiner, 2019), undoubtedly have a close relationship with the generation of narratives and the emergence of self-stories, a concept of vital importance in the case of social constructionism. Gergen (1991), for example, has shown the importance of the social construction of psychological processes and, more specifically, the narrative construction of coordinated action in the generation of meanings.…”

" (2020, p. 12).…”

“…For example, there is affinity of what is suggested here to a methodological proposal for (cultural) psychology recently put forward by Valsiner. As in Valsiner's Methodology Cycle (Valsiner 2017(Valsiner , 2019, we want research questions to be born out of "phenomena known through practice" (Valsiner 2017, p .23), and especially from situations in which hitherto non-problematic social practicesor practices regarding the use of thingsbecome irritating or fail. Stenner (2017) has recently pointed to the heuristic potential of such failures, liminal states, gaps, paradoxes, or sudden voids in social practice.…”
