The article reveals the research data on the mutual relations between the Russian host community and foreign ethnic migrants from Central Asia. As a start of the successful integration highlights the migrant's attitude for adoption of the cultural identity of the receiving country.The term cultural identity is singled out as a separate categorical unit.The results of the analysis of the study showing the typology of migrants, affecting the formation of attitudes to the adoption of a new cultural identity, based on 2 characteristics: information about Russian society and the desire to move to Russia.

This paper aims to explore the correlation and influencing factors between cultural identity and historical development using the historiometric method. Meanwhile, a genetic algorithm is used to collect historical data and quantitative indicators of cultural identity, which is then combined to construct a mathematical model of historical development and cultural identity. The optimization of the model involves using genetic algorithms to find the best match and optimal solution. The historical measures score up to 9.5 due to the significant impact of cultural identity on historical development. This study provides new methods and perspectives for a deeper understanding of the interaction between cultural identity and historical development and is of great significance in promoting the development of historical research and cultural identity research.

Many countries with multi-ethnicity and multiculturalism structure of the population, face today the problem of interethnic negativism. It aroused as a result of globalisation change. Besides, it causes an increase in social tension and leads to an increase in inter-ethnic and inter-ethnic conflicts. The article presents the data of sociological surveys in the Russian Federation and the results of studies in foreign countries, confirming the relevance and depth of the problem of ethnic and cultural contradictions. The authors consider the causes of inter-ethnic negativity and intolerance. The paper examines various approaches to the integration of the multi-ethnic population, the assimilation model and the model of recognition of differences-multiculturalism, and their shortcomings. The authors suggest developing a new model able to weaken ethnic negativity and form a culture of interethnic communication.
