Cultura e Cibercultura - princípios para uma reflexão crítica

Abstract

ResumoO relato ensaia uma reflexão sobre a força e propriedade do conceito de cibercultura, procedendo a uma revisão histórica do termo cultura que lhe informa. O argumento explora o caráter fantasmagórico que esta última, a cultura, teria naquele âmbito, tomando a sério a hipótese de havermos entrado em uma época de pós-cultura. A conclusão defende que, em vez de o abandonarmos, o conceito de cibercultura deve ser, antes, objeto de um monitoramento crítico por parte dos que se preocupam em estudar suas manifestações.
