In the COVID-19 pandemic phase, entrepreneurial financial support and entrepreneurial culture play a major part in stimulating entrepreneurship. However, it is still unclear how entrepreneurial financial support and entrepreneurial culture affect organizational creativity and firm innovation, and whether they enhance new venture performance. To answer these timely inquiries, this study adopted the resource-based view (RBV) theory to investigate the influences of entrepreneurial financial support and entrepreneurial culture on new venture performance through organizational creativity and firm innovation. Based on 315 responses collected from the entrepreneurs of new ventures operating in the Ho Chi Minh City region, Vietnam, a quantitative approach and the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) were employed for data analysis. The findings illustrated that all the proposed hypotheses were completely supported, except the effect of entrepreneurial financial support on new venture performance through organizational creativity. Moreover, firm innovation had the strongest direct effect on new venture performance, while organizational creativity and firm innovation partially mediated associations between entrepreneurial financial support, entrepreneurial culture, and new venture performance. Therefore, this study solved existing debates in the literature, while developing the resource-based view (RBV) theory in the context of entrepreneurship. In the post-COVID-19 epidemic stage, it provides a new understanding for administrators and other participants to create and promote effective financial support systems and national cultures which stimulate entrepreneurship, concurrently offering new ventures with rational approaches to utilize those external resources to develop their organizational creativity and firm innovation for improving their performance.

Task performance is essential for organizations, so it continues to attract the attention of researchers, practitioners, and academics. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of boundary-spanning leadership and psychological empowerment on the task performance of employees in Indonesian companies through the mediation mechanism of proactive work behavior. Research data were obtained from 455 employees of companies in the financial, trade, service, and investment sectors in Indonesia. The paper employed accidental sampling using a Likert-scale questionnaire and structural equation modeling. The results show that boundary-spanning leadership, psychological empowerment, and proactive work behavior significantly affect task performance. Boundary-spanning leadership and psychological empowerment significantly affect proactive work behavior. Proactive work behavior mediated the causal relationship between boundary-spanning leadership and psychological empowerment with task performance. These findings encourage a new empirical model regarding the critical role of proactive work behavior in transmitting boundary-spanning leadership and psychological empowerment to task performance. This model can be used by scholars, researchers, and practitioners to investigate worker task performance more thoroughly and deeply from the perspectives of boundary-spanning leadership, psychological empowerment, and proactive work behavior. It can serve as a credo for corporate management professionals seeking to maximize proactive work behavior, psychological empowerment, and boundary-spanning leadership in order to enhance employee task performance. In the interim, scholars and researchers can utilize it as a guide for next task performance investigations.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to cultivate entrepreneurial potential in students. The release of such potential could catalyze the natural wave of young entrepreneurs of the future. The successful development of entrepreneurial potential in students requires the quality and professionalism of an educator in nurturing creativity, integrating innovative methodologies, and instilling an understanding of entrepreneurship in students. The role of educators in the transmission of knowledge, ensuring effective and continuous learning, is essential. Methods: This qualitative research adopts a case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and document analysis. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation is used, combining multiple sources to ensure consistency and validity of the study. Results and Conclusion: Ta'mirul Islam Elementary School in Surakarta City, integrates creative economy education with religious teachings. Creativity must not be allowed to multiply without restraint; This requires internalizing religious values. Internalization of religious values refers to the process by which individuals adopt, understand, and apply religious values in their entrepreneurial endeavours. This internalization will build a moral foundation for engaging in sustainable economic practices that are transparent, honest, fair, and ethical. As a result, the study contributes significantly to the discourse on the intersection of education, entrepreneurship, and religious values. Research implications: The implications of this research are expected to be imitated by teachers in empowering the creative economy in schools. Originality/value: The originality of this research lies in empowering teachers in the implementation of creative economy education: a case study at SD Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta Indonesia.
