Cuidado infantil y participación de la mujer en el mercado laboral de Ecuador

Abstract: ResumenEn los últimos años, la tasa de participación laboral femenina ha aumentado a nivel mundial. En este contexto, las mujeres incrementaron sus responsabilidades al desempeñarse como madres y trabajadoras.
