“…However, when Nd element doped with host ZnS, intensity of the reflection peaks decreases,indicates that decresing of crystaline size or incresing of crystal lattice imperfection owing to the higher ionic radius of Nd 3+ (0.98Å) was not perfectly fit with host Z nS lattice of low ionic radius Zn 2+ (0.74 Å).
