CTOA: Toward a Chaotic-Based Tumbleweed Optimization Algorithm

Abstract: Metaheuristic algorithms are an important area of research in artificial intelligence. The tumbleweed optimization algorithm (TOA) is the newest metaheuristic optimization algorithm that mimics the growth and reproduction of tumbleweeds.
