Abstract: This study was aimed to realize the automatic segmentation of communicating hydrocephalus lesions in brain CT after decompressive craniotomy (DC) in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and discover correlation between cerebrospinal fluid changes and communicating hydrocephalus.
