CT Finding of Pancreatic Lipoma: A Case Report

Abstract: The pancreas is a very important mixed gland in the alveolar structure that secretes both internally and externally. While the pancreas secretes glucagon, insulin and somatostatin hormones (endocrine) into the blood, it secretes amylase, lipase and trypsin enzymes (exocrine) to the second part of the duodenum.
