Abstract:BackgroundIodine maps, derived from image‐processing of contrast‐enhanced dual‐energy computed tomography (DECT) scans, highlight the differences in tissue iodine intake. It finds multiple applications in radiology, including vascular imaging, pulmonary evaluation, kidney assessment, and cancer diagnosis.
