Abstract

Structure D 2000Crystal Structures and Hydrogen-Induced Decomposition of La(Mg 1-x Al x ) 3 Alloys.-The title alloys (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) are characterized by XRD, SEM, and their hydrogenation reactions. The compound La6Mg22Al, existing in these alloys crystallizes with the Th6Mn23-type structure in the space group Fm3m.
