“…22) Although YbFe 2 O 4 epitaxial films with high crystallinity can be obtained, the critical issue of iron deficiency has not been overcome because the process window to form the YbFe 2 O 4 epitaxial films is very narrow. Although several reports on the film growth of YbFe 2 O 4 have been published, 23,24) there have been no reports regarding the issue of the iron deficiency.
