“…The emergence of medium peaks at 495 cm −1 can be detected and be assigned to antisymmetric stretching vibrations ( v 1 ) of Te–O bonds in the octahedral structures. At the same time, strong peaks at 662, 680, and 710 cm −1 were clear and can be related to the symmetric stretching vibration ( v 2 ) of the Te–O bonds 19 , 35 38 . It is apparent that as dopant concentration increased, there were more quenches of peaks.…”

“…The XRD indicates no structural change however some unknown impurity phase was detected for doped Sm 3+ with 0.1 concentrations and indicated by (*). The peaks of the XRD pattern of Ba 0.5 Rb 0.5 LaTeO 6 and Ba 0.5 Rb 0.5 La 0.9 Sm 0.1 TeO 6 were indexed in the cubic Fm m space group system using software GSAS and EXPGUI as reported in the JCPDS File No.01-070-4384 [18]. Refinement of all parameters are performed until convergence with the value of chi-square close to 1, which confirms the goodness of refinement.…”

“…Perovskite‐type oxides are well known for their potential applications in various fields such as solid oxide fuel cells, electronic devices, and sensors . Recently various rare earths doped perovskites and double perovskites had been reported to attain excellent luminescence properties including cathodoluminescence, up‐conversion and achieving RGB colors which are an important part for white light emissions .…”
