Crystal structure and Hirshfeld surface analysis of 7-[(6-hydroxy-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-methylenedecahydronaphthalen-1-yl)methoxy]-2H-chromen-2-one

Abstract: The title compound, C 24 H 30 O 4 , consists of two trans-fused cyclohexane rings attached to a chromen-2-one moiety through an oxymethylene bridge. The cyclohexane rings adopt half-chair and chair conformations. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C-HÁ Á ÁO and O-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds, forming a triperiodic network. Furthermore, C-HÁ Á Á interactions stabilize the crystal structure.
