Abstract:We present a case of a 72-year-old male diagnosed with concurrent crystal-storing histiocytosis and nodal marginal zone lymphoma with plasmacytic differentiation following a finding of new axillary lymphadenopathy during active surveillance for an early stage lung cancer.
