Crystal and Molecular Structure of 2-(2-Fluoro-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole

Abstract

Abstract:The crystal structure analysis of 2-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole is described. The benzoimidazole and fluorophenyl rings are non-coplanar with the dihedral angle 34.25 (3) 0 . The crystal packing exhibits intramolecular N-H…F and intermolecular N-H…N, C-H…F, π-π stacking interactions leading to the formation of the supramolecular network.
