Cryopreservation as a Key Element in the Successful Delivery of Cell-Based Therapies—A Review

Abstract: Cryopreservation is a key enabling technology in regenerative medicine that provides stable and secure extended cell storage for primary tissue isolates and constructs and prepared cell preparations.
