Abstract:Targeting DNA repair pathways is an important strategy in anticancer therapy. However, the unrevealed interactions between different DNA repair systems may interfere with the desired therapeutic effect. Among DNA repair systems, BER and NHEJ protect genome integrity through the entire cell cycle.
