Crossed Pulmonary Arteries in a Patient With Persistent Truncus Arteriosus

Abstract: We report a 14-month-old child with persistent truncus arteriosus and crossed pulmonary arteries. The potential advantage of crossed pulmonary artery arrangement in achieving surgical correction is discussed.
