Crossed Fusion of Renal Pelves and Klippel-Feil Syndrome

Abstract: Congenital fusion of the renal pelves occurs rarely and is usually associated with fusion of the kidneys. The first case of surgically proved separate kidneys with crossed fusion of the renal pelves is reported.
