Abstract:The liver is a crucial organ in the regulation of metabolism, signaling, and homeostasis.Using recent advanced sequencing technologies, several mutations of genes in major metabolic and signaling pathways have been discovered in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
