There is very good agreement on the values of the branching ratios observed with that obtained by Le Claire et al [7] except for the 2,823 level and minor discrepancies for the 1,434keV, 2,204keV and 3,016 keV levels. The only uncertainty in the position of levels below 3 MeV seems to be around 2,820keV where either 3 levels (2,816; 2,823; 2,829keV) or 2 levels seem to exist.…”

“…This result is supported by quite a number of more recent determinations [,Refs. 33,6,7,39,40]. No Doppler shift could be observed for this level, in accordance with Nordhagen et al [33], the result of Swarm [20] and the B(E2)T value obtained by Gal'Perin et al [11].…”

“…The zZ-curves for 11/2-and 7/2-are better than 1~o and 0.1~o respectively. As the 7/2 value has been ruled out by Nordhagen et al, a value of 11/2 can confidently be assigned to this level in agreement with Le Claire et al [7]. [6] confirms an assignment of 5/2, but additional information will be required for a definite decision regarding the parity of this level.…”

“…The spin of this level has been uniquely determined as 7/2- [6,7,38]. A value of 9/2-is not totally ruled out by De Meijer and Nordhagen [40], while Daniels and Felsteiner [39] also gives 5/2-as a possibility.…”
