Cross-Sectional Distributions of Mechanical Properties of Fine Cu–Sn Alloy Wire Manufactured by Continuous Rotary Draw Bending

Abstract: The changes in the mechanical properties on the inside and outside of the bend of Cu0.3 mass% Sn wire specimens deformed by rotary draw bending were clarified, and the correlation between the changes in the misorientation of substructures and in the mechanical properties was systematically investigated.
