Abstract: Ad-hoc routing algorithms in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) rely on nodes’ position awareness by regularly updating routing data of neighbouring nodes. Meanwhile, the transmission energy usage is not optimised as a result of this repeated updates and routing table deployment.
