Cross Disciplinary Role Agreement is Needed When Coordinating Long‐Term Opioid Prescribing for Cancer: a Qualitative Study

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Cancer pain is highly prevalent and often managed in primary care or by oncology providers in combination with primary care providers.
