Crohn’s Disease and Hereditary Hemochromatosis, a Case Report

Abstract: Hereditary hemochromatosis (HH) is a genetic disorder characterized by increased total iron body storage. It is one of the most commonly identified genetic causes of liver cirrhosis. Here we report a 43-year-old male who was previously diagnosed with crohn’s disease, found to have normal hemoglobin and hematocrit.
