Croatian Hematology Society and CROHEM guidelines for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia

Abstract: Deskriptori SIDEROPENIČNA ANEMIJA-dijagnoza, etiologija, farmakoterapija; ŽELJEZO-manjak, metabolizam, terapijska primjena; SMJERNICE; HRVATSKA SAŽETAK. Anemija uzrokovana manjkom željeza ili sideropenična anemija (SA) važan je javnozdravstveni problem. Gotovo 30% čovječanstva (> 2 milijarde) pati od manjka željeza.
