Critical Success Factors of E-Learning in Higher Education Using Social Media

Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the critical success factors that impact the using of social media as elearning tools. We conduct a literature review study to identify the factors by collecting fifteen papers from reputable database journal such as emerald, educause, Science Direct, and Google Scholar.
