Abstract:Hypokalemia, characterized by low potassium levels in the blood, is a condition that can have severe consequences for patients, including cardiac arrhythmias and muscle weakness. Extreme hypokalemia, although rare, can lead to paralysis, cardiac arrest, and even death.
