It has been suggested that CFF and alpha activities might correlate (Chyatte, ; Kooi et al ., ; May et al ., ); however, the majority of the reported effects are shown for clinical populations (Karp et al ., ; May et al ., ), rely on somatosensory tasks (May et al ., ), or their results have been questioned (Dondero et al ., ; Karp et al ., ).
