Critical appraisal of cardiology guidelines on revascularisation: clinical practice

Abstract: Evidence-based medicine (EBM) provides clinicians with beneficial information. Nonetheless, study findings are often arbitrary, speculative or provisional. The current state of misleading evidence exists in all applications, including those for guideline recommendations.
