Critical Analysis and Detection of Altered Fingerprints Using Evolutionary Computation Algorithm

Abstract: The widespread operation of modified algorithm (National Institution of Standard Technology Fingerprint image Quality (NIFQ)) in government applications allow some persons with illegal environment by neglecting the detection of altered fingerprints.
