Criteria for Cesarean Section-an Imperative and Emergent Necessity in Romanian Obstetrics

Research in recent years on a possible and evident pathology, appeared in children s case from pregnancies obtained through in vitro fertilization (IVF), did not show significant differences than the children born from pregnancies obtained naturally. Having a good start in life, the consignments studied were feed exclusively in a natural way in the first 6 months, knowing the complex role of breast milk, including nerve growth. The delay in language development has shown significant differences between the IVF consignment and the control group and the pathology exam a possible involvement in cerebral embryogenesis, especially the Broca s area, of some disturbing factors, with a maximum of action before the 23rd week.

Approaching two prevalent chronic conditions as Diabetes mellitus (DM) and High blood pressure/Hypertension (HTN) from a socio-economic and mental health perspectives using Beck Depresion Inventory (BDI) and EPICES score simultaneouslyis a first for Arad County and for Romania. This research demonstrates the connection between the disease and the socio-economic pressures that lead to deprivation and depression and vice versa.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is, undoubtedly, an important risk factor of peripheral artery disease (PAD), leading to increased and severe complications, as well as for primary or associated dermatological lesions, all of which leading to radical therapeutic measures, as amputations are. DM and its complications have an important effect on life expectancy and quality of life, which can be quantified using disability-adjusted life year (DALY) as universal metric that allows researchers and policymakers to compare very different populations and health conditions across time. In the last five years these medical conditions have had a detrimental effect on the whole Arad County society, with a magnitude of premature deaths (YLL ) of 1,779 years and a value for Years Lost due to Disability (YLD) of 20,795, DALY reaching 22,574. These figures have to change completely the existent DM control measures for better protection of patients� health and improving their quality of life.
