CRISPR based therapeutics: a new paradigm in cancer precision medicine

Abstract: Background Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR)-CRISPR-associated protein (Cas) systems are the latest addition to the plethora of gene-editing tools.
