Crisis diagnosis in cross-border region: lessons from the pandemic

Abstract: In the article, methods and tools for diagnosing crisis phenomena in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, based on the example of border regions of the Baltic Sea countries and the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation, were presented. Governmental measures and restrictions on the functioning of the economic subjects introduced in the border regions caused some shock and stress situation, which are of great importance for the course of the crisis conditions and the way out of the crisis. … Show more
