ResumoO objetivo consiste em avaliar a efetividade do Programa Bolsa Família partindo da análise dos motivos que geraram o desligamento de um grupo de famílias beneficiárias no município de Santo Ângelo (RS), entre os anos de 2009 a 2013, bem como correlacioná-los com os programas complementares, a fim de identificar se o programa gerou ou não condições de emancipação econômica. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa survey exploratória de cortetransversal com 237 famílias ex-beneficiárias. Em termos de resultados, encontrou-se que o motivo preponderante para o desligamento do programa foi o aumento da renda domiciliar per capita, sendo determinada, em grande medida, pela concessão de aposentadorias; enquanto que, os programas complementares mostraram-se frágeis quanto à inclusão dos exbeneficiários no mercado de trabalho. Contudo, à época do recebimento do benefício às repercussões foram positivas, sobretudo, relacionadas à melhoria nas condições alimentares e aumento da frequência escolar. Com isso, conclui-se que o programa se constitui atualmente em política compensatória e distributiva em detrimento de seus aspectos desenvolvimentistas.Palavras-chave: Programa Bolsa Família; programas complementares; emancipação sustentada das famílias; política social; Santo Ângelo AbstractThe objective entails to evaluate the efectiveness of Bolsa Família Program through the analysis of the reasons that are responsible for the termination of beneficiary families group in the city of Santo Ângelo (RS), among the years from 2009 to 2013, as well as correlate them with complementary programs, in order to identify whether the program has criated emancipation economic conditions. For this, an exploratory research of cross-sectional cut has been realized with 237 former beneficiary families. In terms of results, it was found that the predominant reason for the termination from the program was the increasing in the household incomes per capita, determined by, in large part, the granting pensions, while the complementary programs have been shown weak related former beneficiaries inclusion in the labor market. However, in the benefit receiving time to the repercursions were positive, mainly, related to the improvement in the food condition and the school attendance has increased. Thus, it is concluded that, the program is, nowadays, in compensatory and distribuction policy to the detriment of its developmental aspects.

Abstract:Currently there are different approaches to project management such as agile and warterfall ones. One way to improve management is by selecting practices that are more favorable to each project and there are diagnostic tools that seek to characterize projects and facilitate this adaptation. The objective of this research is to comprehend the diagnosis process of the project management practices utilized by an enterprise of the Brazilian automotive sector, contrasting with the recommendations found in the literature. The study presents three cases of visual project management practices adaptation, from agile management, in distinct areas of the same company, leader in the auto parts sector. It is described how the professionals of the company identified their needs of visual management and how they proceeded in the implantation. It was identified the absence of a systematic process for the project management practices diagnosis, and the barriers and challenges faced. Good practices are also identified, such as the use of other diagnostic tools and the involvement of the whole team in the definition and elaboration of visual management boards.

To evaluate, from the patient's perspective, actions of orientation for the community and community participation carried out in tuberculosis control in health services in Ribeirão Preto -SP. This was an evaluative quantitative exploratory study which used part of the Primary Care Assessment Tool, adapted and validated for tuberculosis care, applied through interview, with 100 patients. Indicators of the instrument and analysis of variance were used. The realization of social partnerships for delivery of the sputum pot together with the community, the delivery of the sputum pot to the community by professionals, and the participation of the community to discuss the problem of tuberculosis were identified, 5%, 6% and 5%, respectively. The health services with fewer patients in treatment showed the best indicators. The actions of social partnerships, searching for respiratory symptomatics in the community and community participation in tuberculosis control are poorly incorporated by health services. Se trata de una investigación de evaluación cuantitativa exploratoria que utilizó parte del Primary Care Assessment Tool, adaptado y validado para la atención a la tuberculosis, aplicado por medio de entrevista a 100 enfermos. Fueron utilizados indicadores del instrumento y el análisis de la variancia. Fueron identificadas: la realización de alianzas sociales para obtener el pote para recolección de esputo junto a la comunidad (5%); la entrega del pote para recolección de esputo en la comunidad por los profesionales (6%); y, la participación de la comunidad en la discusión del problema de la tuberculosis (5%).Los servicios de salud con menor número de enfermos en tratamiento presentaron los mejores indicadores. Se concluye que las alianzas sociales, la búsqueda de sintomáticos respiratorios en la comunidad y, la participación de la comunidad en el control de la tuberculosis son poco incorporadas por los servicios de salud.
