Crescentic IgA nephropathy following bone fracture

Abstract: Immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy is the commonest form of primary glomerulonephritis with variable clinical presentation. It has been associated with several infectious and non-infectious diseases but with only few reported cases following traumatic bone fracture.
