Creativity and Spontaneity in the Theory of the Community Power Learning Process

Abstract: In this article, the study of community power learning process is introduced. The aim of the study was to build a conception and a substantive theory of adult learners’ group learning. The theory has a dialogue with three perspectives: andragogy, sociometry and neuroscience.
