Wildlife tourism (WT) is an emerging sector of tourism, majorly meant to view and/or encounter wildlife in the wild, captive, and semi-captive settings. Because of the new emerging economies, there is an increased demand for wildlife destinations in both, developing and developed nations. However, a comprehensive study is lacking in WT. In this context, the present study seeks to bring together and discuss the key findings on WT from the present literature and propose new approaches to research using co-citation, co-authorship, and co-occurrence analyses. Objetivo. El objetivo del artículo es analizar la producción científica sobre turismo creativo indexada en la base de datos Scopus e identificar brechas, tendencias y futuras líneas de investigación.Método. Se empleó el método bibliométrico para el mapeo del estado del arte e identificación de tendencias, brechas y futuras líneas de investigación. Se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos Scopus de los artículos científicos que incluyeran los términos creative tourism en el título, resumen o palabras claves. Fue empleado el software Bibexcel para el cálculo de indicadores de productividad e índice h. El sofware VOSviewer permitió realizar el análisis de redes bibilométricas de citación, co-citación y co-ocurrencia de palabras claves. Para el análisis de contenido se empleó como criterio de selección el número de citas.Resultados. Se encontraron un total de 120 artículos correspondientes al periodo 2002-2020. La producción científica sobre turismo creativo es creciente y presenta un alto índice de actualidad. Greg Richards resultó el autor más prolijo y con mayor índice h, lo que lo ratifica como referente en la temática. Las revistas más productivas son Current Issues in Tourism y Annals of Tourism Research. El turismo creativo se ha estudiado desde tres líneas temáticas fundamentales turismo y creatividad, experiencia creativa y espacio creativo.Conclusiones. Fueron presentadas las implicaciones de los resultados del estudio para académicos e investigadores y gestores turísticos. Se propusieron como oportunidades de investigación los estudios del perfil del turista creativo, el papel de las nuevas tecnologías, la co-creación de experiencias, así como, la inclusión de variables como intención de repitencia, imagen, motivación y el papel de la comunidad en el turismo creativo. Desde el punto de vista de gestión se realizaron varias recomendaciones a los gestores turísticos para el desarrollo del turismo creativo mediante experiencias exitosas de países como España, Tailandia y Portugal, identificados como referentes mediante indicadores bibliométricos.

Tourism has become, in recent years, a dominant sector that has grown more attractive due to the changes of tourism concept for exploring deferent places and different countries. this industry's positive contributions to national economies, made some countries spend extra attention in advertising as well as promoting their heritage to the world. This paper aims to review many researches that show the importance of tourism in raising the economic level of countries. Among the things that attract tourists are the archaeological, natural and historical areas, traditional clothing, popular food, old-style dances and souvenirs. The focus of this research is to explore different clothing of different regions of the world that have a great impact in attracting the attention of tourists to the beauty of designs, magnificenceof colors and the ancient past of different countries. The purpose of this paper is to identify how traditional clothing, souvenirs, and food would increase the tourism, and attract the tourists to the national identity of countries. Findings of this study, of the literature review is centered on the economic growth from tourist most item of attraction such as culture, food, traditional clothing and ethnic tourism or national identity. Many studies have examined tourism as a business oriented to customer's needs. The study also concludes that a country must preserve its heritage due to its sustainable impact in the minds of tourists in enhancing good memories and unforgettable experience at a specific destination. This paper develops further understanding of tourism and tourist's attraction factors, including traditional clothing, food, music, dance, souvenirs, gastronomy tourism, among other things.
